Grumps is the name

Request/design for
He's a Rotty, which gets high a lot, has a lot of piercings, 2 scars on his neck, a beard and mohawk, and a skull necklace.
(Paw pads are the same color as eyes)
Okay, well, he has 2 plugs, snakebites, 2 earrings on each ear, an eyebrow earing, and could have more! They can be any color too. (This was the only things I could think of xDD)
He also has a crooked jaw and back...
